Travis Kelce (KC), ADP 39.2, TE2

Kelce may be 34, but he’s still elite. He’s finished as TE1 or TE2 every year since 2015, and despite a slight dip last season, he remains Mahomes’ go-to target. With uncertainty in the Chiefs' WR room, Kelce will be the focal point again. Don’t reach in the 1st round, but if he’s there in the late 3rd or early 4th, grab the best TE of this generation.

Trey McBride (ARI), ADP 46.4, TE3

McBride broke out after Zach Ertz’s injury, finishing as a top-13 TE in 8 of his last 10 games. He led Arizona in targets per route run and should remain a top target despite the arrival of Marvin Harrison Jr. With a favorable schedule and high usage, McBride is a steal in the late-4th or early-5th round. With the way Kyler Murray is creating headlines in camp, TE1 isn’t out of the question.

Sam LaPorta (DET), ADP 38.2, TE1

LaPorta defied rookie TE odds, finishing as the top fantasy scorer. He was a consistent force in Detroit's high-powered offense, with 8 top-5 weekly finishes. But, his 10 touchdowns may be hard to replicate. Still, at just 23, he’s a solid TE1 option who could challenge Kelce for the top spot once again.

Mark Andrews (BAL), ADP 49.9, TE4

Andrews is a proven top-5 TE talent, leading the league in key efficiency metrics. He tied Kelce for 3rd in yards per route run and was 4th in target share. But, injuries limited him to 10 games last season. Still, with Lamar Jackson at his best passing form ever and a strong Ravens offense, Andrews could easily outperform his 5th-round ADP. A healthy Andrews could even finish first.

George Kittle (SF), ADP 64.8, TE7

Kittle’s downfield prowess makes him a valuable asset, leading TEs in deep targets and yards per route run. But, his weekly inconsistency is a concern. With elite performances mixed with duds, Kittle is best suited for teams with steady WRs. Unfortunately for Kittle, it looks like Brandon Aiyuk will remain with the 49ers this season. Still, you can expect big-time games from Kittle. And he’s just 1 teammate injury away from getting a huge bump in opportunity.

Jake Ferguson (DAL), ADP 84.5, TE9

Ferguson plays a key role in Dallas’ high-volume passing offense, leading all TEs in red zone targets last season. But, with CeeDee Lamb and Brandin Cooks demanding targets, his upside might be limited. Lamb’s holdout is also a factor here. If he’s not on the field for Week 1, Ferguson becomes, at minimum, Dak Prescott’s 2nd look. He’s a solid option in the 8th round with potential to outperform everyone else.
