Tony Pollard (TEN), ADP 101, RB29

He had 307 touches last season as the Cowboys' top back, but his efficiency plummeted. Despite ranking 11th in expected points per game, he was only 23rd in actual points per game. So, Tyjae Spears is a better pick a round later.

Jayden Reed (GB), ADP 60.9, WR36

Reed finished as the respectable WR25 last season, but 10 touchdowns inflated his numbers. In reality, he had the 49th-ranked target share. He wasn’t even on the field for enough 2-WR sets to maintain that relevance. So, Christian Watson is a better value a round later.

D’Andre Swift (CHI), ADP 89.2, RB24

He’s on his 3rd team in 3 years and has never met met the fantasy expectations set for him at his previous stops. But now, he’ll split touches with two players who ranked ahead of him in efficiency. So, he’s not a great pick at RB24. I don’t expect him to produce at a level that makes him worth it.

Jordan Addison (MIN), ADP 88.8, WR48

Addison had a solid rookie year as the WR23, but things got very inconsistent at times. He had 6 weekly finishes outside of the top-40. With a healthy Justin Jefferson, a downgrade at starting QB, and the imminent return of T.J. Hockenson, I fear Addison’s targets will be scarce. So, fade him in your draft.

Kenneth Walker (SEA), ADP 63, RB16

Walker is being drafted way too high considering a few factors. He has a modest role in the team’s passing game, and should cede even more of that work to Zach Charbonnet this season. The Seahawks also have a new offensive play caller. It’s impossible to know if Walker will still have the lockdown on the early-down work for the team. So, his 6th-round price probably represents his ceiling.

Stefon Diggs (HOU), ADP 33.8, WR23

It’s time to sound the alarm on Diggs. His 3rd-round ADP is way too high for a player who faded late as his team’s clear WR1. He’s now competing with two talented wideouts and a top-10 fantasy TE. Additionally, his attitude seems to have turned off a lot of former teammates. It might be tough for him to make nice in a new situation. So, leave him on the board.

Josh Jacobs (GB), ADP 49, RB12

Jacobs definitely shouldn’t be drafted in the top 12 RBs. He was 18th in points per game last season despite leading the league in opportunity share. He was a putrid 63rd in true yards per carry. And the blame can’t be totally placed on the offense around him because Zamir White found a lot of success at the end of the season. So, unfortunately, I think Jacobs is unlikely to bounce back.

Malik Nabers (NYG), ADP 24.8, WR17

I was very high on Nabers earlier this summer. But, I’m starting to feel like his second-round expectations are a bit too high. His talent is undeniable, and he handled a huge target share in college. But, Daniel Jones has looked awful so far this preseason. If the Giants are headed for another down year, Nabers may not get the chance to showcase his talents in the way so many are expecting.
