HM: Cooper Kupp (LAR) vs. LV
We’ve been waiting for his return. So with Puka Nacua’s continued absence, Kupp should garner plenty of targets. If he’s ready to suit up, he’s ready for fantasy production!
#12: Jayden Reed (GB) vs. HOU
After 6 weeks, the muddled pecking order in Green Bay has become clear. Reed is the first-look receiver for the offense. With Dontayvion Wicks banged up, Reed could be looking to shoulder even more of the load in a game that has shootout potential.
#11: Stefon Diggs (HOU) @ GB
Nico Collins is the clear alpha in the talented Texan trio of WRs. But, he’s on IR. Diggs will continue to see a steady stream of targets as long as that’s the case. Tank Dell is also an excellent start this week, FWIW.
#10: Garrett Wilson (NYJ) @ PIT
Even with the miraculous recovery of Davante Adams this week, Wilson should be the Jets’ WR with the highest upside. Pittsburgh has a tough run defense, so I foresee plenty of targets for Wilson, who is finally developing a rapport with Aaron Rodgers.
#9: Diontae Johnson (CAR) @ WAS
The yardage isn’t always there, but Johnson has resumed his career as a target magnet, getting double-digit looks and scoring a touchdown in 3 of his last 4 games. Washington allows the 3rd-most fantasy points per game, and the most scores per game to WRs.
#8: DK Metcalf (SEA) @ ATL
The Falcons represent a nice plus matchup for Metcalf, as they allow the 5th-most fantasy points per game to the position. He’s a lock this week.
#7: Terry McLaurin (WAS) vs. CAR
McLaurin is finally getting the QB play he’s yearned for his whole career. He now has 3 top-16 WR weeks in the last 4 games. Carolina is a terrific matchup for him, as they remain very susceptible to the passing game.
#6: Chris Godwin (TB) vs. BAL
Godwin had his way against the Saints last weekend, and Baltimore gives up a ton of production to opposing WRs. He’s taken over as Tampa’s WR1, surpassing Mike Evans, so I like the prospects in Week 7.
#5: Amon-Ra St. Brown (DET) @ MIN
Minnesota’s tenacious rush defense will ensure lots of work for the Lions’ WR corps this week. Amon-Ra is 6th in the NFL in target share and 5th in red zone targets. Goff will need to look to him often.
#4: A.J. Brown (PHI) @ NYG
Despite the Eagles’ struggles, Brown is averaging more than 23 PPR points per game when he’s healthy. That’s elite. Even with DeVonta Smith in the lineup, Philly’s target tree remains thin. He should take advantage of the middling Giants.
