Khalil Shakir (BUF), ADP 78.5, WR43
Khalil Shakir quietly led the Bills in target share to end 2024 — pulling a 20.2% share and commanding targets on 26.3% of his routes. But he ran nearly 70% of his snaps from the slot and only saw 3 end zone targets all season, which keeps him buried at WR43 in drafts.
So the market is completely missing the point. Shakir saw 7+ targets in 8 of his last 10 games, and just inked a new deal locking him into that role. His shallow 5.5 aDOT might scare casuals, but for PPR? That’s EXACTLY what you want in a weekly WR3 — consistent volume, high-percentage looks, and a QB that trusts him.
Jerry Jeudy (CLE), ADP 67.5, WR38
Jerry Jeudy averaged 7 catches for 100 yards per game from Week 8 on — behind only Ja’Marr Chase — and posted top-24 WR finishes in 6 of his final 7 games. But the reason he’s stuck at WR38 is quarterback volatility. Jameis is gone, and now he’s staring down Flacco, Pickett, or Sanders.
So here’s the move: draft him for the talent, not the team. His 145 targets, 90 catches, and 1,229 yards last season weren’t a fluke — they were what happens when a high-volume WR1 actually gets functional QB play and negative game script fuel. If Flacco starts even 4–6 games, Jeudy will smash this ADP — and if anyone else steps up, you’re still getting a floor that most WR3s can’t touch.
Drake London (ATL), ADP 14.5, WR9
Drake London was fantasy’s WR6 in 2024, putting up 100 receptions, 1,271 yards, and 9 touchdowns on a rejuvenated ATL offense. But people forget how split those numbers were — he had just ONE 100-yard game with Kirk Cousins… and TWO in just THREE starts with Michael Penix.
So now you’re drafting a guy who already dominated red zone looks (25 targets inside the 20 — T-4TH-MOST in the NFL) and just showed he’s QB-proof with upside. The ceiling unlocks with Penix, and the offense prioritizes high-percentage, repeatable WR1 usage. WR9 might still be too low.
Chris Olave (NO), ADP 64.5, WR35
Chris Olave played only 8 games last year… but still posted a career-best 72.7% catch rate and a league-elite 9.1 yards per target. But back-to-back concussions and shaky QB depth have pushed him all the way down to WR35 — despite averaging over 2.0 yards per route run in every season of his career.
So this is your arbitrage upside play. Kellen Moore’s offense historically funnels targets through the slot, and Olave saw a career-low 21.1% slot rate last season. That’s going to rise. The talent’s not in question — he’s a proven separator with elite efficiency. If he plays 13+ games, you’re looking at a player who should be in the WR15 range… and you’re getting him 50 picks later.
Jakobi Meyers (LV), ADP 70.5, WR40
Jakobi Meyers pulled a 28.2% target share from Week 8 on and averaged 6.1 receptions and 72.9 yards per game after Davante Adams was traded. But he ranked just 39th in yards per route run — which keeps him priced as a bench piece — and most drafters assume Bowers will dominate the passing work.
So this is how you win: by betting on stability when everyone else is chasing volatility. With Geno Smith now under center and Bowers pulling safety help downfield, Meyers is locked in as the short-to-intermediate chain-mover — think Tyler Lockett with 8 targets per game. WR40 pricing for a guy with a 105-catch pace post-Adams? Feels FREE.
