START: WR - D.J. Moore (CHI)

Moore has played the Lions 5 times in his career — with five touchdowns. The Lions may be ready to clamp down on the Bears’ run game, but Moore has as good a shot as anyone to find the end zone against the 8th-worst defense in fantasy points allowed per game to the position.

SIT: TE - Sam LaPorta (DET)

LaPorta’s season has been a disappointing series of ups and downs after he was drafted as the TE1 this summer. He’s currently 25th in total targets and outside the top 20 in expected fantasy points per game. Unfortunately at this point he’s just too risky to trust, especially if you’re fighting for a playoff spot. The Bears are stronger defense at defending the position, having allowed just one touchdown all season. So, there are just better options out there this weekend.

SIT: Both Quarterbacks

On the season, Jared Goff and Caleb Williams have proven themselves streaming options at best. Williams just went over 250 passing yards for the first time in 5 games, while Goff still has the tendency to wilt under pressure. So, with both defenses ranking in the top-6 in fantasy points allowed per game to opposing QBs (under 13 points), look elsewhere for more production in Week 13.

SIT: RB - D’Andre Swift (CHI)

Swift was totally stymied by the Vikings run defense, averaging just 2.3 yards per carry on his way to 30 rush yards. The Lions happen to boast one of the two run defenses stronger than Minnesota when it comes to fantasy points allowed per game. So, fade Swift for this one.

START: WR - Malik Nabers (NYG)

Nabers has been a borderline WR2/3 since returning from his injury back in Week 7. Now, he has an obvious issue at QB. But, after speaking out publicly about the team's toughness last weekend, and the Cowboys being torched recently by opposing wide receivers, Nabers is one of the few guys in this matchup I’m rolling with.

START: RB - Tyrone Tracy Jr. (NYG)

The risk here is that Tracy lost work last week after fumbling, which could always carry over into this game. Still, he’s been the Giants’ lead RB, and Dallas has allowed 4 touchdowns to the position over the last 4 games. So, with the struggles of the New York passing game Tracy should see enough work to be worth a start.

SIT: RB - Ezekiel Elliott (DAL)

In case you indulge a little too hard during the early part of Thanksgiving, starting Zeke is no longer a viable option. I know you already know that, but some people still need a reminder.

START: TE - Jonnu Smith (MIA)

Smith has been an absolute beast the last two weeks. He’s got 19 targets, nearly 200 yards and 3 touchdowns in that span. With the Dolphins using him at such an increased clip, he’s probably in consideration to start at tight end the rest of the season.

START: DST - Green Bay Packers

The Packers defense ranks 6th overall and in fantasy points per game. With Miami traveling to the cold of Green Bay, I feel like that continues here. Sure, the Dolphins have the potential to pop off, but overall they’re ranked 24th in points scored per game. The Packers are safe here.

SIT: WR - Jaylen Waddle (MIA)

Even though Waddle just had his best game of the season, the production is probably just smoke and mirrors. His consistency has plummeted in a run-heavy, struggling offense, and he was out-targeted by Jonnu Smith last week. So, I’d expect a regression back toward the mean for Jaylen in Wisconsin.

SIT: WR - Christian Watson (GB)

The Dolphins have been particularly strong this season in shutting down opposing WRs. This is amplified when it comes to outside wideouts who thrive on deep balls, which are Watson’s bread and butter, proven by his 3rd-ranked ADOT. Some weeks are worth rolling a dice on those shots, but this is just not one of them.

SIT: QB - Tua Tagovailoa (MIA)

A lot has been written this week about Tua’s struggles in cold weather. That’s a factor for sure, but Green Bay is also 7th-best at limiting fantasy points to opposing QBs week-to-week. Factor in Tua’s lack of rushing upside and the fact that he had a huge spike week against the Patriots, and you’re probably not getting much out of him from a fantasy standpoint.
