10. Caleb Williams (CHI), ADP 88.5, QB11

Caleb Williams will be running one of the fastest-paced offenses in the league — the Bears ranked 4TH in plays per game over the final 5 weeks last year.

He was sacked an absurd 68 TIMES in 2024, more than any QB in college or the NFL, but the Bears completely rebuilt the offense — adding a top-10 pass-blocking unit, and Ben Johnson, who is largely responsible for the Lions’ glowup.

SO now you’ve got an elite prospect with rushing upside, a retooled line, and weapons like DJ Moore, Rome Odunze, and some exciting young pieces. That’s a ceiling-chaser at QB11 — the perfect late-round swing if you missed on the elites.

9. Dak Prescott (DAL), ADP 98.5, QB12

Dak has finished Top-8 in fantasy PPG in four of his last five healthy seasons. He posted a career-high 36 passing TDs in 2023 and ranked Top-3 in red zone pass rate.

BUT there’s a fatigue factor — people are downgrading him for not having a Konami code rushing profile or elite hype.

SO don’t overlook the additions: George Pickens is now CeeDee Lamb’s complement, and the defense could force more shootouts given the Cowboys’ 8TH-WORST projected schedule for defensive efficiency.

Dak’s a volume lock in one of the NFL’s most pass-happy systems — and QB12 is way too low.

8. Baker Mayfield (TB), ADP 62, QB7

Baker led the entire NFL in touchdown rate above expectation last season — outperforming his expected TDs by +12.2. That’s terrific.

SO while Baker has weapons in Evans and Godwin, the regression risk is VERY REAL. Still, nothing else about the starting offense has changed in Tampa Bay, and even a slip from QB4 is acceptable for Baker. He’s a bit too overpriced at 62 overall, but a servicable starter nonetheless.

7. Bo Nix (DEN), ADP 74, QB8

Bo Nix was QB10 per game last year and quietly added 438 rushing yards, giving him one of the safest floors among mid-tier starting QBs. That’s what puts him so high on my list.

But beware: his ADOT ranked bottom-5 among starters, and Denver’s projected strength of schedule is 2nd-worst for QB production this year.

SO you’re not drafting Nix for blowups — you’re drafting him because he won’t kill your week. For zero-risk drafters or 2QB leagues, he’s the perfect backstop. Just don’t expect fireworks.

6. Patrick Mahomes (KC), ADP 56, QB6

Mahomes ranked just QB11 in fantasy PPG last year slipped to 17th in deep attempt rate — he had his fewest 20+ yard throws in a season since 2019.

But the Chiefs WRs are healthy and ready to roll. Rashee Rice is criminally undervalued in drafts and I expect Xavier Worthy to make a leap in development.

So Mahomes has healthy weapons that match his arm — and with Andy Reid dialing up tempo again, Mahomes has the potential to pay off big time.

5. Joe Burrow (CIN), ADP 35.5, QB4

Joe Burrow has finished in the Top-4 in fantasy points per game in 2 of the last 3 seasons, and he doesn’t look like he’s slowing down.

BUT the narrative has cooled after his slow starts, and people forget: his connection with Ja’Marr Chase has been TOP-3 in EPA per dropback over the last 30 games they've started together.

SO with his health back and Tee Higgins still in town, this is a volume-trusted QB1 who’ll lead one of the league’s most pass-centric attacks again. Don’t overthink it — he’s a locked in, Top-5 QB.

4. Jalen Hurts (PHI), ADP 38, QB5

Hurts led ALL QBs in rushing touchdowns for the fourth straight year and had a gigantic share of Philly’s carries within the 5 yard line.

But the Eagles are getting ready for Year 2 of Saquon Barkley, who only helped in the long-run rather than take away those opportunities. Hurts’s Tush-Push TDs are safe.

But even if the TDs do dip, Hurts still gives you Top-2 dual threat upside — with elite weapons and an excellent run of success in play action. He’s still a ceiling play every week.
