SIT: Najee Harris (PIT)
Najee is already a borderline starter in most matchups. But, against the Chiefs, you’re better off not risking it. KC allows the 3rd-fewest rushing yards and the fewest fantasy points per game to RBs. Then there’s the fact that Jaylen Warren owns a split of the work. So, don’t risk your title hopes on Najee this week.
START: Deebo Samuel (SF)
The 49ers wanted Deebo involved in Week 16. He earned 9 targets and 5 carries, proving the commitment. He also racked up an insane 93 yards after the catch, which bodes well for health and attitude. So, with the Lions giving up the 4th-most fantasy points to WRs, Deebo is a championship must-start.
SIT: Rico Dowdle (DAL)
He's taken over as Dallas’s lead back, but the Eagles’ run defense is no joke. They held him to just 8 PPR points last time. So, look for a safer option with your trophy on the line.
START: Bucky Irving (TB)
He scored another touchdown on Monday night, and he’s still in the top-5 in yards per touch. But the best part is he torched the Panthers in Week 13 for 185 scrimmage yards and a score. So, with Carolina up again, Irving is a potential league winner.
SIT: Jerry Jeudy (CLE)
The Browns' upside is capped with Dorian Thompson-Robinson under center, and Miami’s defense allows the 2nd-fewest points to WRs. So, unless Jameis Winston returns, Jeudy isn’t worth the gamble for the league title.
