🎯 WR Waiver Targets
Pass-catchers to add ahead of Week 3
Week 3 WR Waivers
Need to add some pop to your WR room this week? Consider these 5 players to improve your outlook … in two minutes or less.

Wan’Dale Robinson (NYG), 29.2% rostered on ESPN
Robinson just turned 10 targets into 142 yards and a touchdown in Week 2, reminding everyone that he’s someone who can rack up targets for the Giants’ behind Malik Nabers. But most weeks won’t give him five full quarters to rack up production, and his profile still leans on volume over big plays. So he’s a perfect PPR streamer; a player who can deliver steady double-digit points when the matchup tilts pass-heavy, giving you a safe floor with occasional spike weeks.
Romeo Doubs (GB), 20.3% rostered on ESPN
Romeo Doubs opened Week 2 with a five-yard touchdown grab and finished with 3 catches for 28 yards, but his overall target share stayed modest as Jordan Love spread the ball around. So he’s best viewed as a matchup-dependent streamer. He already leads the team in routes and could see a bump with Jayden Reed sidelined, making him a strong depth add who can pop in the right spot.
Kayshon Boutte (NE), 26.5% rostered on ESPN
Boutte couldn’t match his Week 1 volume in the Patriots’ win over Miami, but he turned his lone Drake Maye target into a 16-yard touchdown by showing grit while covered. New England’s WR room is still sorting itself out, but it looks like Boutte has seized every chance while others have disappointed. Josh McDaniels’s offense looked a lot more relaxed this week, so Boutte’s ability to create explosive plays could make him a sneaky good add over the next few weeks.
Cedric Tillman (CLE), 47.0% rostered on ESPN
Tillman matched his target output in Week 2 by recording 7 for the second straight week. The problem was his efficiency. He only caught 2 of his targets for 22 yards. Luckily one of them went for a touchdown. He isn’t the Browns’ top option with Jerry Jeudy locked into WR1 volume, but Tillman has shown before that he can command targets when given real snaps. So with Flacco under center and Cleveland likely to lean pass-heavy in negative game scripts, Tillman has a path to steady usage and sneaky weekly upside, making him a sharp waiver add now.
DeAndre Hopkins (BAL), 9.7% rostered on ESPN
Hopkins has just four catches through two games, but two of them have gone for touchdowns, including a 24-yard score that iced the Ravens’ Week 2 win. He’s only run 19 routes so far, so the volume is low, so you’re stashing him as a high-leverage playmaker who can score on limited opportunities. If Baltimore keeps scheming him up in the red zone, he’ll keep turning those looks into fantasy points.
So look for these receivers on waivers to improve your squad… As promised, in two minutes or less.
