Week 5 Waivers
Need to improve your team this week? These 5 players will do it immediately … in two minutes or less.

QB: Jaxon Dart (NYG), 20.6% rostered
Dart didn’t look like a rookie in his NFL debut. He went 13 of 20 for 111 yards and a touchdown through the air while adding 54 yards and another score on the ground. The Giants may have offensive line issues and one of the tougher passing schedules in the league, but Dart’s dual-threat ability gives him upside right away. He already beat a tough Chargers team in his first start, so if you need a QB in Week 5, Dart is one of the most exciting adds on the wire.
RB: Woody Marks (HOU), 32.2% rostered
Woody Marks looked like Houston’s most explosive back in Week 4; he handled 17 carries for 69 yards and a score while adding 50 more yards and another touchdown through the air. But this doesn’t feel like a fluke; his snaps are trending up, he outsnapped Nick Chubb 40–30, and his rookie skill set as a proven pass-catcher is carving out real staying power. So if you need running back help, Marks is the kind of rookie on the upswing who can keep growing into a bigger role as the Texans’ backfield shifts around him.
WR: Wan’Dale Robinson (NYG), 54.3% rostered
Robinson may not have blown doors this Sunday, catching just 3 receptions on 5 targets for 14 yards, but the story here is what happened to Malik Nabers. As of this writing, the Giants fear he may have torn his ACL, which would almost certainly put him out for the remainder of the season. If that happens, the Giants will need to lean on their experienced guys, and Robinson becomes a much larger piece of the game plan. If you’re thin at receiver, this is the way to go.
TE: Jake Tonges (SF), 2.5% rostered
As long as George Kittle is out, Tonges seems to have a grip on some volume, and thus value. In Week 4, he took 3 of 5 targets for 58 yards and a touchdown, proving he can turn in useful production while the team gets healthy. So if you need a streamer at the position, Tongs is an affordable option.
RB: Kendre Miller (NO), 5.6% rostered
Kendre Miller is still backing up Alvin Kamara, but he just logged 11 carries for 65 yards and a touchdown against Buffalo, flashing more burst than Kamara and ripping off chunk gains. The Saints are winless and could lean on the young back more as the year unfolds, especially with a run game that grades better than its shaky passing attack. So while he’s valuable insurance for Kamara, Miller is also carving out standalone appeal, and his role could keep growing in a backfield that has one of the NFL’s easiest rushing schedules.
