WR: DeMario Douglas (NE), available in 94.8% of leagues
If Kayshon Boutte is out again, DeMario Douglas is the next man up to give Drake Maye that downfield spark New England has leaned on recently. But Douglas was legitimately good in Week 9. He ripped 4-of-6 targets for 100 yards and a touchdown, with a 58-yard shot mixed in, and he did it on just 16 snaps (targeted on 37.5% of them). The Patriots have now stacked wins with Maye settling in, which keeps this passing game viable even if the weekly leader rotates. So if you need WR juice for Week 10, Douglas is a classic boom-or-bust add who can flip a matchup on one play.
WR: Parker Washington (JAX), available in 94.9% of leagues
Parker Washington is the kind of next-man-up story you actually want stock in: Jacksonville’s passing game has stayed viable while the room’s been nicked up. But injuries have forced new faces into bigger roles, and Washington has answered. He had 10 targets in Week 7 (plus a few schemed touches), then 8 catches on 9 looks for 90 yards in the Week 9 OT win. So with Travis Hunter on IR and other wideouts dangling on the injury report, Trevor Lawrence keeps finding Washington in rhythm, which makes him a timely, volume-driven pickup for Week 10.
RB: R.J. Harvey (DEN), available in 32.4% of leagues
Harvey is the kind of waiver add who gives you juice per touch on a Denver team that keeps finding ways to win. But the role is still modest: he’s logged just 37 snaps over the last two weeks and has hit double-digit carries only once all year. So even in a small lane he’s cashing: two rushing scores in Week 8, then 5-for-51 and a receiving TD in Week 9, giving him four touchdowns across his last two games. Those pops came while Denver beat the Cowboys and Texans, which reads like a rookie figuring it out against real resistance… a FLEXable pickup now with contingency upside if usage climbs.
RB: Devin Singletary (NYG), available in 95.5% of leagues
Singletary just flashed a real tell in Week 9’s loss to San Francisco, putting himself back on the radar. He hasn’t been much of a factor this season, but after Cam Skattebo went down, Tyrone Tracy drew the nominal start and the staff still shifted the rushing load Singletary’s way. He got 8 carries for 43 yards plus 2 catches, while Tracy logged just 5 rushes (with 3 receptions), which reads like the beginning of a role swing. So with a friendlier Week 10 spot against Chicago and this backfield clearly in motion, he’s a smart waiver add who can ride the hot hand if the usage trend continues.
TE: Colston Loveland (CHI), available in 76.4% of leagues
Colston Loveland has officially arrived for Chicago. With Cole Kmet sidelined, the rookie has stepped into a full-time role, and found success. He ran routes on nearly every dropback in Week 9 and exploded for 118 yards and two touchdowns, including a 58-yard game-winner against the Bengals. But this wasn’t just a one-off: his route share and target rate have climbed steadily each week as Ben Johnson continues to build more of the offense around Caleb Williams’ rhythm throws. So if you’ve been streaming tight ends, Loveland isn’t just a fill-in, he’s a breakout rookie in an ascending offense, and he’s worth owning everywhere while Kmet remains out… and probably beyond.
So look for these players on waivers to improve your squad… As promised, in two minutes or less.
