QB: Jacoby Brissett (ARI), available in 76.3% of ESPN leagues
Arizona just got worked by San Francisco and shot itself in the foot with penalties, but Brissett still piled up a franchise-level day, with 47 completions for 452 yards and two scores. So the passing volume you want is clearly there. He’s also stacked multi-TD outings in his other recent starts (with a little rushing mixed in), so you’re buying into a hot passing run rather than a one-off. And he’s already peppered his top targets when the offense is humming, so when Marvin Harrison Jr. is back rolling, the ceiling gets even friendlier.
RB: Sean Tucker (TB), available in 74.1% of ESPN leagues
If you’re hunting RB help for Week 12, Sean Tucker is a solid add. But this isn’t chasing noise… he just delivered 19 carries for 106 yards and a TD, plus 34 receiving yards and another score against Buffalo, and he even out-carried Rachaad White 19–10. So with Bucky Irving still sidelined and Tampa playing in shootouts (they just lost 44–32 to the Bills), Tucker profiles as the next-man-up who can soak up volume again if Irving isn’t back.
WR: Alec Pierce (IND), available in 59.3% of ESPN leagues
Indy’s offense is humming with Daniel Jones and Jonathan Taylor, and Pierce has become their vertical jolt as the Colts keep hanging crooked numbers on the board. But he isn’t just running wind sprints. Before the Week 11 bye he went 69, then 115 on 13 looks, then 84 and a 37-yard TD, the kind of downfield damage that actually swings matchups. So if you need a Week 12 WR who can crack a lineup with one shot, grab Pierce: he’s earning real deep targets in an offense that’s rolling, which gives you honest-to-goodness spike-week juice.
WR: Michael Wilson (ARI), available in 84.8% of ESPN leagues
He’s usually the third name in this passing game, but with Marvin Harrison Jr. sidelined (appendicitis) he’s seen the door swing wide open. And in Week 11, he turned it into a takeover, with 15 catches for 185 yards while extending a run of 3+ grabs in four straight. So if Harrison misses more time, Wilson projects as the Cardinals’ de facto top wideout and a priority add for anyone chasing immediate targets and downfield production.
TE: A.J. Barner (SEA), available in 90.5% of ESPN leagues
A.J. Barner has been a real piece of Seattle’s offense all season, and this year is shaping up like his breakout. But the recent spike matters: in Week 11 he hauled in 10 of 11 targets for 70 yards (plus two gadget rushes), and earlier stretches show bankable upside: multiple TDs in Weeks 4–5, a 61-yard catch in Week 6, and steady lead-TE usage with strong snap shares. So with the Seahawks’ attack putting up points most weeks (big wins in Weeks 6, 7, 9, and 10, with only a narrow Week 11 loss), Barner sets up as a Week 12 waiver add who can keep paying off while the offense stays on schedule.
So look for these players on waivers to improve your squad… As promised, in two minutes or less.
