1. Miles Sanders (PHI) ADP 76.8, RB26:
Bizarre season in '21ā¦
Sanders was the 1st RB in 40 years to:
ā¢ Rush for 750+ yards
ā¢ Average 5.0 YPC
ā¢ Not score a TD
Eagles led the league in rushing TDs.
Sanders was No.41 in Red Zone Touches.
Hamstrings/knees/ankles all caused missed games.
Iām not a big fan of the āinjury-proneā tag, unless itās a history of soft-tissue injuries.
So some are more worry some than others here, but reoccurring hamstrings are scary.
Sanders played in just 12 games in each of last two seasons.
The lower draft position makes him interesting.
But can you trust a RB who has missed a quarter of last 2 seasons?
Iām not sure I can pull the trigger.
Regardless of touchdown regression in his favor (Hurts will continue to steal valuable touches).
Speaking of Hurtsā¦
Youāre gunna want to see thisšš»
I love the OVER on 650.5 rushing yards on PrizePicks for the Eagles QB.
This one probably doesn't last long...
He will break 700 by week 15 easily.
2. Cam Akers (LAR) ADP 43.3, RB17:
When you look at where the fantasy community valued him last yearā¦ itās tempting at this ADP.
But a top-50 pick is too high for this level of riskā¦ not long removed from an Achilles tear.
In his return, he avg. 2.4 yards per carry.
Hard to see him playing a 17-game season.
His (full) 2020 season he was No.71 in receptions and mostly used as a pure runner.
Thatās a lot of punishment between the tackles.
Not to mention he seems to be a step slower in practice per early reports.
3. Saquon Barkley (NYG) ADP 17.2, RB10:
It feels like yesterday that he was a top-3 pick in fantasy football drafts.
Howeverā¦
A combination of injuries and a rough offensive situation has crushed his ceiling outlook ā¬ļø
ā¢ Played just 2 games in 2020 (13 in 2021).
ā¢ Last year he saw just 13 red zone touches.
The bull case is obviousā¦
New coaching staff, improved offensive line.
But that doesnāt mean heās not risky at RB10. Are you back in?
