Mason finished top-10 in yards per touch, true yards per carry, and breakaway run rate last year, with 15% of his carries going for 10+ yards. That’s the 3rd-highest rate in the league. But he faced 8-man boxes on 51% of his attempts, the 2nd-highest rate, and still produced explosive gains at an elite clip. Camp notes point to him being more than just depth, with a likely co-RB1 role that includes goal-line work. So RB39 is an easy draft pull if he keeps that efficiency in a run-friendly script.
